About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Food Service Supervisor to remotely manage and oversee catering operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of food services delivered to various clients, coordinating logistics and support from a distance. You will work closely with on-site teams and clients to maintain high standards, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational excellence in the North West region, all within a remote work framework. This position is ideal for a leader who excels in communication and operational oversight from a remote location, contributing to a seamless catering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to remote catering teams and on-site staff.
• Monitor food quality, preparation standards, and service delivery across all assigned locations.
• Coordinate logistics for food delivery, setup, and takedown for catering events.
• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations remotely.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service management or catering supervision, preferably with remote oversight experience.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and projects simultaneously from a remote setting .
• Proficiency in using remote communication and management tools.
