Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of multiple virtual F&B outlets and delivery partners remotely.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize menu offerings, order fulfillment, and delivery efficiency for virtual kitchens.
• Oversee P&L, cost control, and inventory management for all virtual F&B operations.
• Ensure consistent quality standards, food safety compliance, and excellent customer service across all digital platforms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotions and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, with a significant focus on virtual kitchens, ghost kitchens, or delivery-only concepts.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, operational efficiency, and quality control in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of online food ordering platforms, delivery logistics, and digital marketing for F&B.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and performance analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
