Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to remote catering teams and on-site staff.
• Monitor food quality, preparation standards, and service delivery across all assigned locations.
• Coordinate logistics for food delivery, setup, and takedown for catering events.
• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations remotely.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service management or catering supervision, preferably with remote oversight experience.
