Job Description *Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and food service platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.* **JOB PURPOSE** This role exists to act as a key link between global, regional, and local stakeholders, providing broad cross-functional exposure and fostering collaboration across Unilever and the future separated Foods business.

We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Lead and coordinate a major business transformation initiative in Germany. - Track milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks. - Coordinate transition services planning and costing with local and global stakeholders. - Support knowledge transfer and data migration activities. - Act as the main point of contact for project escalations and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. - Engage with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive alignment and project success. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance or economics. - Experience working within a large, complex, matrix organization. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. -

Ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels. - Excellent communication, influencing, and alignment skills. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proven ability to drive results through teams without direct line management responsibility. - Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Experience in PMO, business transformation, separation, integration, or large-scale change projects. - Experience working with senior regional and global stakeholders. **
