• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a comparable field6+ years of experience in Category Management, Assortment Management or Buying, ideally within leading Non-Food retailers or comparable retail environmentsStrong Category Management expertise, including shopper/mission thinking, assortment architecture, placement logic and price architectureProven experience in trading and commercialisation, with the ability to translate category strategies into in-market actionsStrong analytical capabilities and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards and performance data to support business decisionsA conceptual and strategic mindset, combined with the ability to structure complex topics and develop scalable category solutionsExcellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills in an international organisationFluent German and strong professional
