Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and food service platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.*

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to act as a key link between global, regional, and local stakeholders, providing broad cross-functional exposure and fostering collaboration across Unilever and the future separated Foods business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate a major business transformation initiative in Germany.

• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks.

• Coordinate transition services planning and costing with local and global stakeholders.

• Support knowledge transfer and data migration activities.

• Act as the main point of contact for project escalations and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

• Engage with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance or economics.

• Experience working within a large, complex, matrix organization.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and alignment skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proven ability to drive results through teams without direct line management responsibility.

• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in PMO, business transformation, separation, integration, or large-scale change projects.

• Experience working with senior regional and global stakeholders.
