Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable operational models for on-demand catering services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with a network of culinary partners and third-party logistics providers.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance management of culinary partners to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Define and enforce stringent food safety, sanitation, and quality control protocols across all operational touchpoints.
• Optimize supply chain and inventory management strategies for a distributed network.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance the customer ordering and delivery experience.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for the food service operations division.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences in the food service sector.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in food service management, operations, or supply chain, with a strong focus on multi-unit or distributed operations. Demonstrated experience in developing and scaling operational processes for food delivery or catering services. Expertise in food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) and quality assurance. Proven ability to manage complex logistics, vendor relationships, and performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and partners. Experience with technology platforms related to food delivery, ordering, or operations management is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
