Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to cold storage and frozen/dairy products. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and familiarity with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw and packaging materials.

Ensure cold storage standards are maintained for sensitive ingredients.

Implement FIFO/FEFO and monitor inventory accuracy.

Enforce compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.

Lead cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation.

Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement teams.

Maintain organized and audit-ready warehouse areas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

3-5 years of supervisory experience in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream/dairy experience is a plus).

Proficient in warehouse systems and food safety protocols.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
