You will take full ownership of our main site in Munich/Planegg (approx. 50 workstations) and drive connection for our total team of approx. 75 employees across two countries, ensuring that our workspace remains a vibrant, collaborative, and highly efficient ecosystem.
You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where your organizational decisions and cultural initiatives directly impact our team's daily life and our mission to decouple chocolate from deforestation. Planet A Foods is for people who want to change the future of food.
We are reinventing how the world produces food ingredients, replacing scarce and unsustainable raw materials with scalable, clean, and delicious alternatives. Our first product, a cocoa‑free chocolate, is just the beginning. Our ambition is to build a new global champion in food ingredients.
