You will provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. • Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits. • Learn customers’ wash‑washing & laundry systems and work hands‑on with equipment, learning installation, maintenance and safe use, ensuring that facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained. • Gradually build confidence in identifying new opportunities and growing your territory by providing customers with training, regular and emergency service and sales demonstrations. • Coordinate sales and service activities with cross‑divisional peers and internal functions (e.g., Marketing Services, Customer Service). • Reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts and build the Ecolab brand in your market.

Job Overview Territory Manager in Training Programme – a 12‑month structured development program that prepares candidates for a future role as a Territory Manager.

The programme starts October 1, 2026 and includes classroom and virtual learning, on‑the‑job training, coaching from experienced colleagues, and hands‑on experience with customers in real environments.

Responsibilities After completing the programme, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.

Qualifications No immigration sponsorship available. • Completed vocational training or equivalent education. • Experience in customer‑facing, sales, service or hospitality environments, preferably business‑to‑business commercial sales. • Basic installation, maintenance and troubleshooting skills. • Eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills. • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and creative thinking. • Comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges. • Desire to grow a career in sales and service‑related roles. • Basic IT skills (CRM experience is helpful). • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and willingness to travel within the allocated district and nationwide.
