In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our manufacturers, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure programs, pricing, reporting, and trade‑related initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and renewal of customer programs and pricing initiatives Process program requests and ensure accurate distribution to all applicable parties Enter and maintain trade administration data across multiple systems and platforms Support Account Manager and Business Managers with trade‑related requests and reporting Respond promptly to inquiries from management, sales teams, clients, and customers Maintain organized electronic files and documentation utilizing SharePoint and other systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and requests Follow manufacturer‑specific processes and requirements to ensure Trade Administrator (Northeast Retail) Fulltime Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Hybrid/Remote
