In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our manufacturers, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure programs, pricing, reporting, and trade‑related initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and renewal of customer programs and pricing initiatives Process program requests and ensure accurate distribution to all applicable parties Enter and maintain trade administration data across multiple systems and platforms Support Account Manager and Business Managers with trade‑related requests and reporting Respond promptly to inquiries from management, sales teams, clients, and customers Maintain organized electronic files and documentation utilizing SharePoint and other systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and requests Follow manufacturer‑specific processes and requirements to ensure exceptional service and execution Communicate proactively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or trade management experience is a plus Experience with current Regional Systems is highly desirable Pay range: $22-30 per hour.

Trade Administrator (Northeast Retail) Fulltime Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Hybrid/Remote Affinity Group is seeking a Trade Administrator to support our Retail division in the Northeast region.
