Your Responsibilities

• Support the Executive & Head Chef in the day-to-day operation and act as their deputy when requiredLead, motivate, and develop the kitchen teamEnsure smooth and efficient service operationsMaintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and tasteAssist with staff scheduling, ordering, stock control, and inventory managementEnsure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and food safety standardsContribute creatively to the development of menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary conceptsWhat You'll BringCompleted culinary training and several years of experience in upscale dining or hospitalityPrevious leadership experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory roleA passion for premium ingredients and contemporary cuisineStrong organisational skills with a structured and independent working styleExcellent communication and team leadership skillsThe ability to stay calm and
