Your Mission:You implement national and international food law requirements across our product portfolioYou take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of declaration data and product specificationsYou support the approval of printing data for packaging material and labelsYou manage article data from raw materials to finished goodsYou approve raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance from the startYou qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standardsYou support Sales with customer requests, requirements and contracts, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfactionYou respond to internal and external inquiries regarding food law topicsYou manage product-specific certifications such as the V-LabelYou act as the Food Fraud Officer within Planted, ensuring vigilance across our supply chainYou:Hold a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a comparable disciplineBring 1-4 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairsOffer proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handlingCommunicate fluently in English, German on top would be great; knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, Italian) is a plusWork precisely, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in independent rolesBring a structured, hands-on and future-oriented mindset with an enthusiasm for daily and ad-hoc support across the organization.
