Your mission ✓ You independently lead investment and optimization projects across our production and packaging operations – from the initial concept through to successful handover to operations ✓ You plan and implement new production and packaging lines, develop project concepts and business cases, and deliver capacity expansion projects as well as plant modifications ✓ You analyze existing production processes, identify optimization opportunities and implement initiatives to improve productivity, automation, OEE and overall equipment availability ✓ You prepare technical specifications and requirement documents, conduct feasibility and economic assessments, and support the selection and layout of new equipment and production lines ✓ You coordinate external engineering partners and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Controlling to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the
