Your mission
• Teach food chemistry and analytical methods with a strong focus on data‑driven approaches and digital technologies
• Lead and grow an externally funded research program combining food chemistry, data science, and digital applications
• Collaborate with industry partners to bring real‑world challenges into Bachelor and Master programs and foster applied research projects
• Inspire students and colleagues to integrate digital thinking into traditional food science disciplines
Your profile
• PhD in Food Chemistry, Analytical Food Science or a related field; expertise in Data Science or Digital Sciences is highly desirable
• Specialised in food analytics, process‑induced chemical changes, and modern analytical techniques
• Hands‑on experience in analytical labs and with data analysis; familiarity with sensor and process analytical technologies is a plus
• Experience in industrial R&D and project management is advantageous
• Passionate about teaching and training students in applied sciences and practice‑oriented environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, knowledge of German is a plus
