Key Responsibilities • Production Oversight: Ensure efficient and legally compliant production processes in accordance with GMP, IFS, and other relevant standards. • Coordination of Production Areas: Manage and coordinate production teams including raw material processing, softgel encapsulation, drying, sorting, and packaging. • Production Scheduling: Guarantee on-time manufacturing to meet delivery deadlines and production targets. • Documentation & Procedures: Contribute to the creation and revision of SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Manager. • Employee Training: Develop and implement training plans, including employee instruction, documentation, and effectiveness checks. • Quality Management: Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to customer complaints and inspection findings. • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvement measures in cooperation with cross-functional teams; support procurement of production equipment. • Process Validation: Participate in the introduction and validation of new processes and technologies. • Compliance & Communication: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies, and facilitate effective communication across departments. • Operational Supervision: Monitor work execution, verify results, and initiate corrective measures as needed. • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruiting new team members in close cooperation with the HR department, aligned with staffing plans and budget constraints.
