You will oversee and coordinate production areas and play a key role in process optimization, employee training, and regulatory compliance in a GMP and/or IFS-regulated environment. Your Profile: Education: Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or equivalent; technical or scientific training (e.g.

Professional Experience: Proven leadership experience in a production environment in a multinational company environment, ideally within the food or pharmaceutical industry (e.g. as a shift). Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant manufacturing regulations, like GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and/or IFS.

Digital Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of KPIs, occupational safety, and quality management systems. Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Ensure efficient and legally compliant production processes in accordance with GMP, IFS, and other relevant standards.

Production Scheduling: Guarantee on-time manufacturing to meet delivery deadlines and production targets. Documentation & Procedures: Contribute to the creation and revision of SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Manager.

Employee Training: Develop and implement training plans, including employee instruction, documentation, and effectiveness checks. Quality Management: Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to customer complaints and inspection findings.

Process Validation: Participate in the introduction and validation of new processes and technologies. Compliance & Communication: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies, and facilitate effective communication across departments.
