Marketing Manager – Foodservice DE/AT

• Plan, coordinate, and implement target-group-specific marketing campaigns for the foodservice market • Develop relevant messaging for restaurants, catering businesses, and other foodservice partners • Monitor market trends, developments, and competitor activities, and derive recommendations for action • Develop and implement go-to-market measures for product launches and relaunches • Conceptualize and manage POS materials, flyers, newsletters, and sales collateral • Plan, organize, and support trade fairs, events, and training sessions • Coordinate and support the Planted food trailer at events and activations • Support Key Account Management and the field sales team with marketing and sales materials, as well as customer-specific activations • Plan, manage, and monitor the foodservice marketing budget • Collaborate with Sales and global teams in Brand Marketing, Product Management, and PR Requirements • 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the food, FMCG, or lifestyle sector • Strong passion for food and beverages, with a good feel for brands and trends • Independent, structured, and hands-on working style • Ability to drive tasks forward independently • Strong organizational and communication skills • Team player with the ability to maintain an overview while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Confident and personable presence, with enthusiasm for building new relationships and expanding the network • Strong written and spoken German and English skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Class B driver's license Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns for the foodservice market, with strong skills in market analysis, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
