Product Manager (m/w/d) Responsibilities • Establish mid‑ and long‑term strategies and plans for a designated category • Develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target market and customers • Analyze competitors and consumer insights to provide clear product direction • Lead new product launching projects from the laboratory to the market, aligning with related value chains (Global CJ HQ, APAC‑EU, R&D, Sales, QM, SCM, Procurement, Production, etc.) • Execute the launching process: create the product concept, pricing, consumer test, artwork, design review, product specification checks, and volume estimation as a category leader • Build and examine category portfolio and profitability Qualifications • A strong passion for foods (especially Asian cuisine) or the FMCG industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the FMCG industry) • Ideally, a good understanding of the retail business • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving internal and external environment • Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred Benefits • Working culture: an excellent international working environment with flexible working hours and various Korean ready‑meal products for lunch • Learning and development: 1,000 € of annual training funds to enhance your competency • 직무 훈련 교육비 지원, 헬스장 멤버십 비용 지원, 임직원 식사 지원 We value diversity and therefore welcome all applications, irrespective of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic and social background, religion and beliefs, age or sexual orientation and identity.
