Next openings: September 2026 November 2026 - Flavor & Analytics team December 2026 - Product Development team A Taste of What to Expect You will support in recipe, product and/or flavor development of the current ChoViva products or a new ingredient currently under development Plan and carry our test productions, including raw material preparation Conduct food science analyses using tools such as rheometers, texture analyzers, refractometers and sensory evaluation methods Assist in flavor analytics using GC-MS where applicable Document new recipes and create product prototypes in collaboration with the Sales team Assist with daily operational tasks, including packing and shipping prototypes to clients The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or similar field Ideally, you have some initial experience in the food sector You have a passion for sustainable food and working hand in hand with other ambitious people on something meaningful You are enthusiastic about food science and product development and willing to learn food science related analytical methods You are self-disciplined, hands-on, pro-active and ready to take ownership This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months.

As a Food Scientist Intern, you'll contribute to enhancing the overall sensory including aroma and flavor in our ChoViva and a new innovative ingredient under development, while assisting with ingredient preparation and prototype development. We don't accept thesis projects. PLUS: Chocolate.
