Scope

• Manage commissioning contractors and supervise mechanical and electrical activities
• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and risks
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and commissioning procedures
• Oversee testing, handovers and final documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical building services
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, international standards and building technology
• Proven experience in installation supervision and contractor team leadership
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent English, German is an advantage
