Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Speisenproduktion
• Betreuung von Buffets und Menüausgabe
• Delegieren von Aufgaben an Leasing Mitarbeiter und deren Kontrolle
• Sicherung der Qualitätsstandards
• Einhaltung des HACCP und FiFo Systems
• Unterstützung der Postenchefs

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin
• Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Motivation
• Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit
• Ein Höchstmaß an Zuverlässigkeit
• Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
