Ihr Profil
Your profile
•
Completed vocational training or university degree in food technology, food science, microbiology, agriculture, chemistry, or a comparable food-related field.
•
Several years of professional experience in the food industry, preferably in quality management, quality assurance, production, or food safety.
•
In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality management systems and relevant standards, such as ISO 22000, HACCP, IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or comparable schemes.
•
Proven practical experience with food production processes, hygiene requirements, HACCP principles, risk assessment, and applicable food legislation.
•
Practical experience in relevant food product categories and/or manufacturing processes.
•
Completed auditor training and ideally practical experience conducting first-, second-, or third-party audits in the food sector.
•
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess processes, identify risks and non-conformities, and communicate audit findings clearly and objectively.
•
Confident manner, structured and independent approach to work, and strong communication skills in English and German.
•
Willingness to travel regularly to customer and production sites.
